Physiotherapy Treatment

Move better, feel better, be better!

Set2Physio is a small clinic setting located within Club Lime, Phillip ACT. At Set2Physio there is an emphasis on finding the driver to a persons discomfort, not just treating the site of pain. Jamie is a ConnectTherapy Series + ConnectTherapy Part 4 Graduate, and assisted on the ConnectTherapy Series, Sydney 2019. This training has extended his interest in the whole body assessment, assisting to identify non-optimal movement patterns. In particular Jamie has a strong interest in providing Mens Health Physio services to the Canberra and rural communities. Jamie is highly passionate about assisting men to improve their everyday life, surgical recovery and return to fitness. Jamie has completed additional training in the application of Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging, assisting to enhance the clinical impression and aiding in recovery management.  Concentrating on one to one appointment times, extended sessions and ConnectTherapy training set Set2Physio apart in the Canberra area. At Set2Physio we work closely with general practitioners, rehabilitation providers and other allied health professionals to ensure best outcomes are attained for each patient.
